These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern your access to the website of Quartier Intelligence Artificielle inc. (“Quartier AI,” “we,” or “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada, registered with the Quebec Enterprise Register (NEQ).
The Website is an informational site that presents Quartier AI, our approach, our agentic artificial intelligence services, and our EntrepriseOS platform. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Website.
By accessing the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these conditions, you must not access or use the Website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada, including the Civil Code of Quebec, the Consumer Protection Act (CQLR, c. P-40.1), the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (CQLR, c. P-39.1, as amended by Bill 25), and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
“Website” refers to the Quartier AI website, including all pages, content, and functionalities accessible thereon.
“User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any natural or legal person who accesses or consults the Website.

“Services” refers to the agentic artificial intelligence, consulting, implementation services, and the EntrepriseOS platform offered by Quartier AI. The Services described on the Website are governed by separate service agreements when engaged.
The Website is an informational resource. It presents Quartier AI, our methodology, our solutions, and our achievements. It allows visitors to submit an information request to us via the contact form.
The Website does not provide access to the EntrepriseOS platform or any other operational tools. Any service provision is subject to a separate service agreement, negotiated and concluded between you and Quartier AI.
There are no age restrictions for viewing the informational content of the Website. If you submit personal information via the contact form, you declare that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your province or territory of residence.
If you contact us on behalf of an organization, you declare that you have the necessary authority to bind that entity.

All Content, trademarks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property rights displayed on the Website are the exclusive property of Quartier AI or its licensors, and are protected by applicable Canadian and international laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to view the Website Content for personal and non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce or distribute the Content, to use Quartier AI's trademarks or logos without prior written authorization, or to remove any intellectual property notices.

THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUARTIER AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any warranty or liability that cannot be excluded under the applicable laws of Quebec or Canada.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUARTIER AI, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. Quartier AI's total cumulative liability for any claims arising from the Website or these Terms shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). The limitations set forth in this section do not apply to the extent they are prohibited by the Civil Code of Quebec or other mandatory provisions of applicable law.
Quartier AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website at any time without notice, as well as to amend these Terms. Any modification will be published on the Website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Website after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Your use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy, available on the Website. We encourage you to review them carefully.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec. Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) days.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quartier AI regarding your use of the Website.
The parties have expressly agreed that these Terms and all related documents be drafted in French, in accordance with applicable Quebec legislation.
